OPPO has officially announced the worldwide release of the Find N3 series, scheduled for October 19th, which will feature the Find N3. It's worth noting that the Find N3 Flip has already been introduced in China and is set to debut in India today, on October 12th.
Pete Lau, the co-founder of OnePlus and the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at OPPO, has already confirmed that both the OnePlus Open and the OPPO Find N3 will share similar designs and features. However, they are tailored for different markets. The introduction of the OnePlus Open is also anticipated on October 19th.
Reports indicate that the OPPO Find N3 is anticipated to sport a 7.82-inch OLED internal foldable screen, provided by BOE, featuring a resolution of 2268×2440 pixels, a visible fold, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will have a 6.31-inch OLED external screen with a resolution of 2484×1116 pixels, also boasting a 120Hz refresh rate. Notably, the pixel density (PPI) on these screens is reported to be at the "highest level" among folding screens.
This phone is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. In certain markets, like China, there might be a collectors' edition that offers a substantial 24GB of RAM. The camera setup is expected to include a 48MP primary camera, a 48MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP telephoto camera.
The global launch event for the OPPO Find N3 series is scheduled to commence in Singapore at 2:30 PM SGT (12 PM IST), and OPPO is providing a live stream for viewers. A simultaneous event is taking place in China as well. The OnePlus Open event is anticipated to follow later in the day, and we can expect to receive invitations for it in the near future.
