OPPO has confirmed the launch of its latest foldable smartphones the OPPO Find N2 and OPPO Find N2 Flip in China on December 15th, after the leak and rumors. The Find N2 will be a foldable smartphone that will be the successor of last year’s Find N, and the Find N2 Flip will be the company’s first flip phone.
The company also shares a short teaser video for the phones. According to the rumors, the Find N2 will feature dual E6 AMOLED displays, and the foldable screen will feature new technologies for the hinge for almost zero creases. It features an ultra-light carbon fiber frame, integrates mortise and tenon design, and features triple rear cameras with a Sony sensor for the primary camera. The phone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
The Find N2 will be the lightest foldable phone at just 233 grams, beating the HONOR Magic Vs, which weighs 261 grams. OPPO said that it has used innovative materials and restructured the phone’s vital structural parts to achieve this.
Based on earlier rumors, the Oppo Find N2 Flip will feature a 6.8-inch foldable display with a 32MP punch-hole front camera on the inside and a massive 3.26-inch external display. This phone could be powered by a Dimensity 9000+ processor with a fairly-large 4,300 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. The Find N2 Flip is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary rear sensor along with an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultrawide sensor.
