OPPO is set to unveil its F29 series, featuring the F29 and F29 Pro smartphones, later this week. A key innovation in these devices is the "Hunter Antenna Architecture," designed to improve signal strength and reliability.

The F29 series adopts a vertically centered, horizontally symmetrical low-frequency antenna layout to enhance network performance. The 200mm fully wrapped antenna covers 84.5% of the phone’s borders, which OPPO claims helps reduce signal attenuation and maintain stable connectivity, regardless of the device's orientation.
4×4 MIMO Support -
Both models support 4×4 MIMO across B40, B3, and B39 frequency bands, aiming to boost download speeds and improve signal reception. OPPO states this places the devices ahead of competitors in their segment and may even surpass higher-priced smartphones in network performance.

The AI LinkBoost system dynamically optimizes network performance, using an elevator perception algorithm to detect signal drops and enhance connectivity in real-time. Additionally, the Game-Exclusive Wi-Fi Antenna aims to provide a 2-4dB uplink power boost, ensuring smoother, uninterrupted gaming. OPPO claims this antenna delivers 151% faster gameplay with zero signal drop-offs.
