Oppo has announced its latest mid-range smartphone in A-series the OPPO A92 that has almost similar specifications to the OPPO A52 smartphone.
It has a 6.5-inch FULL HD+ TFT-LCD “Neo display” with a 90.5% screen-to-body ratio and side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It runs on a 2-year-old Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor with 8GB RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage that can expand up to 256GB through microSD, and works on ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10.
Coming to the cameras, it has quad rear cameras set up in the square module where a 48MP primary camera along with 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro lens. On the front side has a 16 MP punch-hole front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The Oppo A92 is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging out of the box via USB Type-C port and is comes in Twilight Black, Aurora Purple, Stream White color. The price of the phone is 1199 Malaysian Ringgit (US$ 278 / Rs. 21,225 approx.) and is available from OPPO’s Malaysia eStore, but there are no details about availability in other markets.
