OnePlus is preparing to introduce its first foldable smartphone the OnePlus V Fold later this year, expected to launch in this August 2023, as per the rumors. Last week, the render images of the phone surfaced, and now the key specifications of the phone have surfaced by leakster @OnLeaks.
The OnePlus V Fold will feature a 7.8-inch 2K foldable AMOLED screen with a resolution of, 3200 x 1440 pixels, and there will be a 6.3-inch outer AMOLED screen. Both displays will provide a seamless and uniform experience with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The OnePlus V Fold will run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with up to 16GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and the phone will be based on Oxygen OS 13.1 with Android 13, out of the box.
Coming to the cameras, it will feature a triple rear camera setup in the circular module where a 48MP primary camera along with a 48MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP telephoto lens. The cover screen will have a 32MP front-facing camera, while the inner screen will feature a 20MP selfie camera.
The phone will be powered by a 4800mAh battery, which surpasses the 4520mAh battery found in the OPPO Find N2. But, both devices support 67W SUPERVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge technology.
Based on earlier rumors, the phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded into the power button, an alert slider on the right side, and a flashlight is present on the left corner, outside the camera cut-out.
