Lately, OnePlus has unveiled its latest flagship the OnePlus 12 series of smartphones worldwide. It appears that the company is also gearing up to update its entry-level Nord series soon, evidenced by CAD-based renders surfacing online of the forthcoming OnePlus smartphone, identified by the model number CPH2613.
OnePlus seems to have embraced a more angular design for the smartphone, evident from its flat sides. Positioned on the right side are the power button and volume rockers, while the top houses a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR blaster. At the bottom, there's a speaker grille, Type-C port, and SIM tray.
Expectations suggest the device will sport an AMOLED screen with a centrally located punch hole for the selfie camera. The back of the phone is anticipated to feature a glossy finish with either a glass or plastic back, housing dual vertically aligned cameras accompanied by an LED flash.
According to the Camera FV-5 certification, the OnePlus CPH2613 smartphone is set to include a 50MP primary lens boasting an f/1.8 aperture, equipped with OIS, offering a picture resolution of 4096×3072 pixels, and a focal length of 5.6mm.
While specifics about the secondary rear camera remain undisclosed, it might be an ultra-wide or macro camera. Moreover, there's a 16MP selfie camera featuring an f/2.4 aperture.
More details regarding this forthcoming OnePlus smartphone are expected to emerge in the following weeks.
