OnePlus LoopVR headset is going on sale today on Amazon.in at 12PM for just Rs. 1 but only on the app.
The company will launch its OnePlus 3 smartphone on June 14 (June 15 in China) through a Virtual Reality event aboard a spaceship dubbed Loop. You would also be able to buy the phone through VR on the same day.
This time around the OnePlus LoopVR headset is made of plastic unlike last time where we had a cardboard headset. You can use it with any smartphone upto 5.5-inches in size which has a gyroscope built in. The LoopVR app is already available on the Play Store to download.
Coming to the OnePlus 3, there are going to be 3 variants of the device differing in storage and memory. All OnePlus 3 variants would come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display running on the Snapdragon 820 processor and Android 6.0 Marshmallow along with a 16MP rear and 8MP front-facing cameras. It is expected to pack a 3000 mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 over its USB Type-C port.
Now, the three variants of the OnePlus 3 are expected to be, 4GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and a 6GB RAM variant with 64GB onboard storage.
