OnePlus is preparing to unveil its upcoming mid-range smartphone the OnePlus Ace 3V in China later this month, succeeding last year's Ace 2V. A sketch and a live image of the phone have surfaced online revealing the design.
Reportedly, the Ace 3V will feature a 1.5K 120Hz 8T LTPO display and will be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (SM7675) SoC. Its specifications include a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 16MP front camera, and a 5500mAh battery supporting 100W SuperVOOC fast charging. This is an upgrade from the previous model which had a 5000mAh battery and 80W fast charging.
The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (SM7675) is said to share a similar architecture with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 but with different clock speeds and combinations. It comprises a 1 x 2.9GHz Cortex-X4 + 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720 + 3x 1.9GHz Cortex-A520 CPU configuration and an Adreno 732 GPU.
OnePlus Ace 3V Translated to OnePlus Nord 4/5 for Global Markets -
Following its debut in China in March, the OnePlus Ace 2V was released globally, including in India, under the name OnePlus Nord 3. It is anticipated that the Ace 3V will be unveiled internationally as the OnePlus Nord 4 or Nord 5.
As per reliable leaker Max J, the Nord 4 is internally referred to as 'Audi'. While it took four months for the Ace 2V to expand to global markets after its initial launch in China in March of the previous year, the Nord 4/5 is expected to debut within the second quarter of 2024.
OPPO K12 -
The OPPO K12 is rumored to adopt a similar design aesthetic, albeit with distinct specifications and a more affordable Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. It is expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, a 6.7-inch screen, dual rear cameras comprising 50MP + 8MP sensors, and a 16MP front camera. This model is anticipated to be priced below 2000 yuan in China.
