NVIDIA has announced the Tegra Note which will carry the torch for the new Tegra 4 SoC, the tablet is being made by an OEM partner and will be sold in several countries including India. XOLO has been chosen as the partner in India to promote and sell the Tegra Note in India. In terms of specs the Tegra Note has a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display panel with NVIDIA's DIrect Stylus tech to allow for the use of a stylus with a capacitive display. The NVIDIA Tegra 4 SoC packs a 1.8 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM, Wi-FI b/g/n, Bluetooth and micro HDMI.
Although the Graphics vendor did not reveal the Android version the Note will be running we expect it will be running Android 4.2 on launch and will be updated through OTA updates. There's a 5 megapixel camera alongwith a VGA front facing camera. NVIDIA is also bundling its PureAudio technology which offers rich, full audio through front-facing stereo speakers. You can also get additional accesories for the Tegra Note including an intelligent slide cover as well as the DirectStylus Pro pack with interchangeable tips.
