Today, ZTE’s nubia brand announced its latest flagship smartphone the Nubia Z50 in China, after the launch of the Z40S Pro in July. It has a 6.67-inch FHD+ 144Hz FHD+ AMOLED screen, 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit color depth, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, and is based on Android 13 with MyOS 13. The phone also has VC cooling with a total heat dissipation area of, 36462mm².
It has a triple rear camera setup where a 64MP primary camera with a custom Sony IMX787 flagship sensor and offers a 35mm equivalent portrait focal length. Along with has a 50MP 14mm ultrawide camera with the macro option, but it doesn’t have a periscope camera, which the Z40S Pro had.
The phone also comes with an AG glass back panel and the green-colored model comes with a leather finish. The phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.

Pricing and Availability -
The nubia Z50 comes in Black and White colors with a glass back and the green color variant has a leather back. It will be available from December 23rd in China and the pre-order has started today.
