ZTE’s Nubia brand just launched its latest flagship 5G gaming smartphone RedMagic 5S, as they promised. It has a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, a sliding response time of 45ms, a click response time of 32.2ms and has biometric In-display fingerprint scanner. It runs on Snapdragon 865 processor with GPU BOOST technology, up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and works on Redmagic OS based on Android 10.
It features 4D intelligent vibration, dual IC game Shoulder Trigger Buttons that have also improved to have a 320Hz touch refresh rate. The phone comes with upgraded multi-dimensional cooling system ICE 4.0 (air-cooling and liquid-cooling) with high-efficiency centrifugal fan with a speed of up to 15,000 rpm and transparent air duct design along with aerospace-grade nano thermal material as well as a 10 intelligent temperature sensors, and L-shaped liquid cooling tube.
Coming to the cameras. it has a triple rear camera setup where 64 MP primary camera with Sony IMX686 sensor along with an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2 MP Bokeh lens. On the front side has an 8 MP front-facing camera. The company also released the Ice Dock cooling accessory.
Nubia RedMagic 5S powered by a 4,500mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging with air-cooled turbo fast charge that can charge up to 68% battery in 20 minutes, and 100% in 39 minutes. It comes in Sonic Silver and Pulse colors.
