Today, HMD has confirmed to launch its latest mid-range smartphone Nokia 5.3 in India on August 25th, and it will be a virtual briefing (using Microsoft Teams). It was already announced at its HMD Global online event back in March 2020 in Europe.
The Nokia 5.3 has a 6.55-inch HD+ curved glass display with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a dedicated Google Assistant button. It runs on the Snapdragon 665 processor with up to 6GB of RAM, 64 GB storage, and works on Android One OS based on Android 10.
It has a quad rear camera set up in the circular arrangement where a 13 MP primary camera along with 5 MP ultra-wide sensor, 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro sensor. On the front side has an 8 MP water-drop front-facing camera. The backside of the phone has a Nordic-inspired design with a tough polymer 3D frame and scratch-resistant coating with a sculpted back made of advanced composite materials, and inner nano texture.
The Nokia 5.3 powered by a 4000mAh battery that gives approximate 2-day battery life with a 10W charging in the box, and it comes in Cyan, Sand, and Charcoal colors.
