Motorola today announced a pilot project, Moto Xpress, for the Delhi NCR region wherein customers will be able to get door-step service for their accessories and smartphones. Moto Xpress is a pick-up and drop service which intends to make service/repair of your Motorola devices easier and hassle-free. At the start, this service will only be available in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.
You need to dial in the Moto Xpress Service booking number 011-41717124, then you can register your service request and a trained Motorola representative will come at your doorstep on his bike within a short time. If its a software or accessory related issues, it will be resolved within an hour at your doorstep but if its something to do with the hardware, the issues will be resolved within 5-days and the Motorola phone/device will be returned back to your door-step. This service is very economical as well, you just need to pay Rs. 199 per service, which is far better than going to a service center and hassling with the support staff. Motorola already has a considerable presence in India and 160 service centers equipped to handle any issues.
Motorola also has a Moto Care Service and Experience Center in Bangalore, you can also use the Moto Help App to directly chat with support staff. These alongwith Moto Xpress will make end-user experience a lot better, which is evident from the 85-percent customer satisfaction score in India.
