Moto E 2016 has surfaced online through benchmarks as well as through an import listing for India. We have been following the leaks regarding the Moto G4/Plus for a week and it seems Lenovo has some more phones for coming in June.
“Motorola Affinity” has entered Delhi, India according to an import listing from Zauba, which keeps tracks of imports to the country. According to the import listing the Moto E 2016 will have a 5-inch display and at present only the single-SIM variant has arrived in India for testing.
Motorola is yet to announce any device in 2016 and with the leaks of Moto mobiles growing day by day we suspect that the launch must be near.
The specs of the mobile indicate towards Affinity being the code name for Moto E (2016) which has also surfaced on GFXBench as the Lenovo XT1700/XT1706:

- 1.3GHz Quad-core, MediaTek MT6735 Processor
- 2GB RAM, 16GB Storage
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow
- 8MP Rear Camera with LED Flash, 5MP Front Camera
- 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM Radio
According to the import listing the Moto E 2016 is expected to be priced under Rs. 6000 or about $80.
Moto E is the entry level Smartphone series for Moto and has been pretty successful line for the Motorola and we expect no less this year as well. The launch of this device is expected to be alongside Moto G4/Plus (Rumored Date 9th June).
