Microsoft India today launched the Lumia 650 Dual-SIM in India running Windows 10. It comes with a 5-inch HD AMOLED display, which is quite rare on Windows devices.
The Lumia 650 DS is running on a Snapdragon 212 quad-core processor which is an entry-level processor and paired with just 1GB RAM, it will struggle even with the lightweight Windows 10 OS running on it.
Continuing with the specs you have an 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-camera here and both can only record at 720p. The hook here is the metal frame and solid construction of the device, with which Microsoft is probably targeting Enterprise users as there are far better options available on Android at the same price segment.

But there's support for 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth LE, GPS and FM Radio as well for the executive on the move alongwith a 2000 mAh battery which should provide adequate juice for a busy work day. Microsoft is offering the Lumia 650 at Rs. 15,299 in India, which is way too high considering the specs of the device. While Microsoft may maintain that there are a lot of productivity features on the Lumia 650, its quite underpowered to make full use of them.
If you wanted to know why I have such strong opinions on Windows Phone/Windows 10 smartphones, you can read more here. Anyways, if you were planning to invest in a Microsoft phone (which I would strongly suggest not to), it will come in matte black and matte white options.
