Micromax today launched its new smartphones focusing solely on the selfie-generation. The Canvas Selfie 2 comes with a 5MP front camera with OmniVision OV5670 sensor while the Canvas Selfie 3 makes do with a 8MP front-facing camera which uses a Sony IMX179 sensor and also has a LED flash.
Both the Canvas Selfie 2 and Canvas Selfie 3 run on a MediaTek 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and have dual-SIM 3G support. Here are their detailed specs:

Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 Q340 has been priced at Rs. 5,999 and will be available in Black color starting August 22nd. There is no word on pricing of the Canvas Selfie 3, but it is expected to be available in Blue, Green, Purple, Sky Blue and Yellow colors in the last week of August and you'll also get a Bluetooth enabled selfie stick as part of the package.
