Micromax just announced the Canvas Juice A77 on its Facebook page, saying that the phone will be launched on the HomeShop18 TV channel for Rs. 7999. HomeShop18 has listed the Canvas Juice A77 on its site saying that the phone runs on a 1.3 Ghz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor with 1 GB RAM and a humongous 3000 mAh battery, hence the name. Apart from that the phone has a 5-inch display. 5 MP primary camera with LED flash and a secondary VGA front facing camera. Even with the large battery, the phone is relatively thin at 10.2 mm.
There's 4 GB of internal storage on the Canvas Juice A77. Talking about the battery Micromax says that the phone has a whopping talktime of 10 hours and standby time of 250 hours, which is quite unheard off from Android smartphones and is quite exceptional. If you purchase it from HomeShop18, you also get a gift card worth Rs. 1000 and Rs. 12000 worth of freebies from Aircel which include the following:
