After what seemed like forever, Micromax has begun seeding Android 5.1 Lollipop update for the Canvas A1. According to the company's Facebook post, the update is being rolled out in phases and will be available within this week to all Canvas A1 devices.
You can go ahead and check in About phone -> System updates -> Check for update to see if the update is available for your Canvas A1. If not, then just wait patiently for a few more days. Among other Android One smartphones, Spice Mobility has already started rolling out Android 5.1 Lollipop for the Dream Uno Mi-498 but there is no word from Karbonn about the Sparkle V.
