Meizu has announced its latest flagship smartphone the Meizu 18 and 18 Pro in China, as they promised. The Meizu 18 and 18Pro has a 6.2 / 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED curved screen with a 120Hz refresh screen, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and ultra-narrow bezel. Both runs on the Snapdragon 888 processor with 5G SA/NSA support up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and Works on Flyme 9 based on Android 11. These phones come with X-axis linear motor that is larger than the previous generation, and the area under the screen supports pressure sensitivity, which can be used for the new mBack gesture operation.
The Meizu 18 has a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary camera along with 16MP ultra-wide camera and an 8MP 3x telephoto camera. While the Meizu 18 Pro has a 50MP ISOCELL GN1 sensor along with 32MP ultra-wide camera with a 2cm macro option, retains the 8MP 3x telephoto camera, and also has a TOF sensor for depth sensing. On the front side, Meizu 18 has a 20MP punch-hole front-facing camera, while the Meizu 18 Pro has a 44MP front camera.
These phones feature an AG glass back cover and powered by a 4,000mAh battery in Meizu 18 that supports 36W Super mCharge fast charging and a 4,500mAh battery in 18 Pro that supports 40W wired and wireless charging and supports 10W reverse wireless charging.

The Meizu 18 comes in White, Blue, and Pink with Violet colors, while Meizu 18 Pro comes in Gray, White, and Blue colors. These are available from March 8th only in China and the pre-order has started from today.
