The CPU of this chipset incorporates four ultra-large cores Cortex-X4 and four large cores Cortex-A720, paired with the Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU. It supports LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device under testing comes with 16GB of RAM, 512GB storage, Android 14, and features a 120Hz screen.
According to leaks by Digital Chat Station, the 2055084 points achieved on AnTuTu 10 signify a substantial leap compared to the performance of the Dimensity 9200 / 9200+. It is anticipated that this score could be even higher on certain phone models.
A comprehensive comparison between the Dimensity 9300 and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is expected to be revealed during its anticipated launch later this week. While the exact release date for the Dimensity 9300 remains unknown, speculations point to an early November debut.
According to earlier reports, the vivo X100 is speculated to be one of the initial smartphones to incorporate the Dimensity 9300 SoC, expected to hit the market in November. Additionally, the OPPO Find X7 series is also slated to adopt this chip at a later stage. Xiaomi is reportedly inclined towards utilizing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for its Xiaomi 14 series, but there are indications that it might opt for MediaTek's flagship SoC for its Redmi K70 series.
