The LG Optimus G2 is at it again and now we see some leaked slides, with a few peculiar things. The images reveal a set of buttons on the back of the Optimus G2, right below the camera unit with volume marks plus and minus on it, it remains to be seen what they actually do. Quite possibly they can be contextual buttons whose functionality changes based on the app you are in, at one time they may behave as standard volume buttons and for zooming in or out when in the camera app.
LG may also drop the Optimus moniker completely, as one of the slides just call it the LG G2. But we do know some confirmed specs already, that the LG G2 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC with quad-core Krait 400 CPU and Adreno 330 graphics, then 1080p display is also a given. The LG Optimus G2 is going to be launched on August 7 in an event in New York, but it seems LG is already a bit late to the party.
