Lenovo is bringing the ZUK Z2 Pro to India as the Lenovo Z2 Plus. Earlier, the company launched the ZUK Z1 here priced at Rs. 13,499.
The Z2 Plus or ZUK Z2 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 820 quad-core SoC with two memory/storage options, 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. According to our sources, Lenovo is bringing the 4GB RAM model to India.
It comes with a 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED display unlike the previous-gen Z1 which used an IPS panel. A 13MP rear camera still resides in the back with optical image stabilization and 8MP front camera for selfies. Even though the Z2 Pro is just 7.7mm thick, it manages to pack a 3100 mAh battery keeping the curb weight down to just 145 grams.
At present there is no word on pricing but Lenovo has started teasing the upcoming smartphone on its social media channels which does hint at a launch soon.
