Today, Lenovo has unveiled the Lenovo Legion Tab, an 8.8-inch Android tablet tailored for gamers. Initially released in China as the Y700 (2023), it is now set to hit select markets in EMEA and Asia. It Features an 8.8-inch QHD+ 144Hz Lenovo PureSight gaming display, the tablet delivers vibrant visuals, complemented by an integrated haptic system for heightened immersion.
Under the hood, it boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4nm) processor paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and 256GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 1TB. Despite its powerful performance, the device maintains a slim 76mm body weighing just 350 grams. In terms of camera capabilities, the tablet offers a 13MP main camera along with a secondary 2MP macro shooter. Additionally, on the front, there's an 8MP selfie camera.
To ensure optimal performance during demanding gaming sessions, Lenovo has integrated the Legion ColdFront: Vapor thermal solution into the tablet, featuring three performance modes: Beast Mode, Balanced Mode, and Energy Saving Mode, tailored to various usage scenarios.
In terms of battery life, it is equipped with a 6550mAh battery and a USB Type-C port supporting Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.03 technology, providing up to 45W of charging capability. Moreover, the port supports DisplayPort 1.4 for seamless connectivity to external displays. It also features Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6E for enhanced connectivity speeds.
The Lenovo Legion Tab seamlessly integrates with other Legion devices, facilitating effortless content sharing and compatibility with Legion monitors, headsets, keyboards, and mice, thus enriching the overall gaming experience. Furthermore, the tablet is backed by Lenovo’s Premium Care Depot, offering essential support services for gamers, ensuring assistance with setup, connectivity, software, and peripherals.

Pricing and Availability -
The Lenovo Legion Tab is slated for release in EMEA regions starting March 2024, with pricing starting at EUR 599 (equivalent to approximately USD 654 or Rs. 54,220).
