We have just been informed that LeEco will be holding a press event in India in June 1st week where the company is expected to launch the Le 2 and Le Max 2 in India.
As we had told you earlier, LeEco is planning to launch the new Le 2 and Le Max 2 smartphones in India. Both run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EUI on top and you will also get access to LeEco Membership with these devices which will allow you to play LiveTV, stream Music and Movies on your phone.
Just to recap the LeEco Le 2 comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display running on the deca-core Helio X20 processor with Mali-T880 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. It has improved f/2.0 16MP rear camera with PDAF and dual-tone LED flash, alongwith an 8MP front camera.
The Le Max 2 is the flagship running on the Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor with 4GB/6GB RAM options, 21MP rear camera with OIS and 8MP front-camera.
LeEco recently launched the Le 1s Eco in India which is essentially a Le 1s but with new apps for LiveTV (LIVE), LeView for movies and videos. It will also get music streaming through Hungama (LeMusic) later in Q3 alongwith 5TB free could storage on LeEco Drive. All this comes in at Rs. 490 a month or Rs. 4900 a year, but you get this free for one year with the Le 1s Eco.
