LeEco has already sold a million units of the Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2. But it seems the company is not done yet, just a little while ago listing for a new variant of the LeEco Le 2 was spotted on their online store with Snapdragon 652 innards and later on AnTuTu benchmarks.
It seems that the company is working on a Snapdragon 652 variant of the Le 2 (LEX526) as well which runs on Android Marshmallow out of the box, has a 5.5-inch 1080p display with 8MP front and 15MP rear cameras, 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. So, specs similar to the base model of the original Le 2 which runs on the deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 SoC.
Snapdragon 652 is quickly becoming the go-to chipset for most manufacturers with its powerful Cortex-A72 cores, better thermal control and less power consumption. Even LG and HTC have announced devices featuring SD652.
The Le 2 and LeMax 2 are coming to India quite soon as well, and it would be interesting to see which variant comes to India.
