Vivo's iQOO brand is all set to introduce its latest 5G smartphone iQOO Neo5 on March 16 in China. Now, the company has confirmed on its official Weibo account that the Neo5 will comes with a 120Hz OLED panel with a punch hole in the center for the selfie camera.
The display will also get HDR10+ certified and have a 1000Hz touch sampling rate. There is also a 1080p panel here with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits but the company didn't reveal the display size. The phone will also smartphone MEMC technology and feature an independent display chip to convert SDR images to HDR. The company also said that this phone will perform color calibration on each unit's screen to display accurate colors and provide a better visual experience.
Earlier, the company confirmed that the phone will run on the Snapdragon 870 processor with UFS 3.1 storage, and up to 12GB RAM, which will feel like 15GB with the help of the Memory Fusion technology. The iQOO Neo5 will be powered by a dual-cell 4,400 mAh battery that supports 66W charging, and the bundled 66W adapter will also support 45W PD.
