iQOO has officially launched its latest flagship smartphones the iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro in China, as they announced. The iQOO 9 Pro has a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED LTPO 2.0 curved screen with 10bit color support, 1500nit peak brightness, 1000Hz touch sampling rate, and has a variable refresh rate of 120Hz.
The iQOO 9 also has a 6.78-inch FHD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both the phones are runs on the latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with a large 3926mm² stacked waterfall VC three-dimensional heat dissipation system.
Th iQOO 9 Pro will feature an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor with a large 578mm² area, the same as the iQOO 8 Pro, so the efficiency is higher and faster than the optical fingerprint scanner. The 9 Pro has a triple rear camera setup where a 50MP primary camera with a Samsung GN5 sensor, gimbal stabilization along with a 50MP 150° ultra-wide Samsung GN5 sensor, and a 16MP 60mm equivalent portrait camera with OIS, 2.5x optical zoom, 30x digital zoom. Both have 16MP punch-hole front-facing cameras.
Both the phone have a 4700mAh dual-cell battery that supports 120W ultra-fast flash charging that can charge up to 100% battery in 19 minutes, and the Pro model also supports 50W wireless flash charging and 10W reverse charging. The 120W mini charger uses a new material gallium nitride, which is just 35g weighs, and also supports PD3.0 and PPS protocols, and is convenient to carry.

The iQOO 9 comes in Black, Orange, and Legendary colors, and the iQOO 9 Pro comes in Orange and Legendary colors. Both the models will be available from January 12th in China and the pre-order has started from today.
