iQOO previously hinted at the India launch of the iQOO 13 smartphone even before its official debut in China. Today, the company confirmed it will launch in India this December, with the specific release date to be announced in the coming weeks.
This will likely be the second smartphone in India to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, following the realme GT 7 Pro launch on November 26. iQOO has also revealed that the Legend Edition will showcase BMW’s signature tricolor design.
iQOO has been teasing the phone's key features, including the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC clocked at up to 4.3GHz, a Q2 chip enabling 144 fps game frame interpolation, and a 2K 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display.
The camera setup includes a halo light around the camera module that adjusts to in-game lighting effects. The phone boasts a 50MP main camera with a Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera.
Powered by a 6150mAh third-generation silicon carbon battery, the iQOO 13 supports 120W fast charging, reaching a full charge in just 30 minutes. After launch, the iQOO 13 will be available on Amazon.in and the iQOO India online store.
