Last year, HUAWEI P50 Pro CAD renders surfaced back in December, which showed the curved display of the phone with a top center punch-hole front-camera by leakster @OnLeaks. Now, more renders of the phone have surfaced that show the back panel of the phone where a large rectangular camera bumps with two large cutouts with several cameras including the periscope camera. The design of the camera is similar to the Nova 8 series that was launched last year in December. But, we don’t have the details about the cameras.
The phone could come with a 6.6-inch OLED screen with ultra-slim bezels and a single punch-hole selfie camera that could be ditch with IR Camera for Face unlock. The phone will also have to ditch the magnetic earpiece speaker for a standard earpiece. The back panel of the phone might be a glass back with a metal frame. The dimensions of the phone said to be 159 x 73 x 8.6~10.3mm with the camera bump.
As usual, the phone should works on the Android 11 out of the box with EMUI 11 on top of HMS. There are no details about the battery yet, but we should know more details soon. Recent rumors say that the HUAWEI P50 series will be introduced sometime mid-April, but earlier rumors said that the phone will be announced by the end of March, as similar to the P40 series.
