Motorola is expected to launch the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus in India today. We have already uncovered some details including the retail box, official specs and images of the Moto G4 Plus, but there's still the question of pricing, availability and the smaller Moto G4. Both the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus are expected to sport a similar design but different specifications as well as price points. From all the rumors and leaks over the last few weeks, we have gathered that the Moto G4 may not have a fingerprint sensor, but the Moto G4 Plus would have one. The G4 Plus is also expected to get better cameras and a bigger display.
The confirmed specs for the Moto G4 Plus say that it will come with a 5.5-inch 1080p display and run on an octa-core processor with 2GB RAM, 32GB onboard storage. It will also have a 16MP rear camera with PDAF (Phase Detection AutoFocus) and a 5MP front-camera for selfies. Turbo Charging will also come standard for the 2000 mAh battery here. Moreover, the front of the phone will also house a fingerprint sensor as was visible in leaked renders and today's retail unit images.
At present though there is no word on pricing of the two phones but one thing we know for sure is that both the Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus will be Amazon Exclusives in India.
