HUAWEI’s HONOR brand just launched its latest low mid-range smartphone HONOR 9X Pro in India, as they promised. Last year, it was introduced in China back in June. It has a 6.59-inch FHD+ no-notch LCD screen with NINE liquid cooling that can bring down the temperature by up to 5°C and side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
It runs on Kirin 810 (7nm) processor with GPU Turbo 9.0, 6 GB of RAM, 256 GB Storage and works on EMIUI 9.1 based on old Android 9.0 (Pie) with HUAWEI Mobile Services (HMS) and HUAWEI AppGallery app store instead of Google Play Services and Play Store.
According to the company, it has several partnerships to bring a range of apps and is also working to add Netflix and other streaming apps. It comes with HUAWEI Browser, HUAWEI Cloud, HUAWEI Video, HUAWEI Music, HUAWEI Themes, and other core applications.
Coming to the cameras, It has a triple rear camera setup where a 48 MP primary camera along with 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2 MP depth sensor. On the front side has a 16 MP pop-up selfie camera.
The HONOR 9X Pro is powered by a 4000mAh battery with a 10W battery charger through USB Type-C port and it comes in Midnight Black and Phantom Purple colors. The price of the phone is Rs. 17,999, but the company is offering a discount of Rs. 3000 during the first sale, the Special launch price is Rs. 14,999. The offer is available on pre-order that starts from today May 12 to 19 May on Flipkart and it will be available on May 21 and May 22.
