As we had told you earlier, Huawei has just launched the Honor 6X with dual rear cameras, 5.5-inch 1080p display and its new Kirin 655 16nm SoC.
The new Honor 6X runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based EMUI 4.1. But the main feature of the phone is the dual camera setup which is different from the Honor 8. Instead of using a monochrome and RGB lens combination with same resolution, Huawei has gone the traditional route with a 12MP main camera with phase detection autofocus, larger 1.25 micron pixel size and a 2MP additional camera to capture depth information. This would let you manage the f stop or aperture manually similar to the Redmi Pro that we have reviewed recently.
Given the Honor brand caters to the youth, there is an 8MP front facing camera as well with wide angle lens to get more of your friends in a single shot. Running all this is a 3340 mAh battery with support for fast charging.
Coming back to the Kirin 655 SoC running on the device, it packs four cores clocked at 2.1GHz and another four at 1.7 GHz. Mali-T830 MP2 GPu takes care of graphics. The Honor 6X will come in two RAM variant 3GB or 4GB and you will be able to get it with 32GB or 64GB storage (only with 4GB RAM). But don't worry you will be able to expand storage with the hybrid dual-SIM slot on the device.

All this packed in a 8.2mm thin metal shell with a weight of 162 grams. The design of the phone is similar to the Honor 5X which was launched earlier including the round fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone and yes, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack too, seems weird to keep mentioning this in posts.

The Honor 6X will come in 3 memory and storage variants, you will be able to buy it in Gold, Silver, Grey, Blue and Rose Gold color options.
