HONOR has announced the launch of the HONOR 200 series at an event in China on May 27th. This new series, succeeding last year's HONOR 100 series, features a similar rear design. An image reveals that the HONOR 200 Pro will have triple rear cameras, including a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.3″ sensor, OIS, and an f/1.9 aperture.
According to Leaker Digital Chat Station, this is likely the Omnivision OV50H sensor. The phone will also feature a 32MP telephoto camera with 50x digital zoom and 2.5x optical zoom.
The phone is expected to have a 5200mAh battery, an upgrade from the 5000mAh battery in its predecessor, and maintain 100W fast charging. It will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and have a 1.5K curved OLED screen.
In addition to green, the phone will be available in Black, Pink, and White colors with patterns on the back. More details are expected to be revealed in the coming days before the official launch later this month.
