Google is planning to launch its upcoming 5G smartphone the Pixel 5a 5G, now the latest report from FrontPage Tech confirmed that the Google Pixel 5a 5G will be launched on August 26th before the launch of Pixel 6 and 6 Pro in the fall. Back in April, Google confirmed that will launch the Pixel 5a later this year but will be limited to the US and Japan. After that, a Bloomberg report from June revealed that the phone will launch in August.
The report also reveals the key specifications of the phone and says that this will feature the same camera specifications as last year’s Pixel 5 4G smartphone, but it is not clear that will support wireless charging.

The Google Pixel 5a 5G is expected to come in Mostly Black color and the rumored price will be started at $450 (Rs. 33,345 approx.) compared to the $349 price tag of the Pixel 4a 4G. It will be cheaper than the $499 Pixel 4a 5G model even this phone will feature a high refresh rate screen and a bigger battery.
There is no report about the launch in India since Google has confirmed only for US and Japan launches. So we will have to wait if there will be a 4G version of this phone like the Pixel 4a.
