Nexus 5 has been making appearances in various social gatherings over the last few weeks, now we have an image courtesy of Macrumors. You can see that the design is quite similar to the new Nexus 7 2013, especially the backcover with the nexus badge on it. Earlier today detailed specs also found their way from a leaked log file, which included that the phone will have a 5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 800 chipset with 2 GB RAM, 8 megapixel primary camera with a 1.3 megapixel secondary front facing camera, running Android 4.3 KitKat. There will be a 2300 mAh battery pack powering the Nexus 5.
A Ukranian carrier also stated that the Nexus 5 will have a Nano SIM card slot falling in line with the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s. So now we have almost all the specs of the new Nexus 5, what we are waiting for is the announcement which will probably be sometime by the mid of October.
