Gionee will be unveiling two new smartphones in China next week on July 26th. The Gionee M6 and M6 Plus will come with hardware encryption to secure your data including call logs, photos, documents and everything else on your phone. You will also get a private space on your phone to save data which will not be accessible from other accounts on the phone.
Both phones will have a metal unibody design with a fingerprint sensor on the back. The Gionee M6 Plus is also expected to pack a massive 6020 mAh battery similar to the M5. According to rumored specifications, the smaller Gionee M6 is expected to come with a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display running on the octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor with 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be responsible for everyday tasks, while a massive 5000 mAh battery on the M6 will keep its innards ticking. On the camera front both are expected to pack a 13 MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. As usual, you would have dual-SIM 4G LTE support with VoLTE, Bluetooth, Dual-band WiFi, GPS, FM Radio onboard.
Both the Gionee M6 and M6 Plus will be unveiled on July 26th in China, we will know more about pricing and availability then.
