Sprint has started rolling out Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Note Edge. The updates are rolling out Over-The-Air, so you would get a notification to download and install the update. It is going to be a hefty update, so its advisable to download the update over WiFi.
After the update your Galaxy Note 3 on Sprint will run Build N900PVPUEOC5 and the Galaxy Note Edge will run N915PVPU0AOC8. Sprint has already updated the Galaxy Note 4 to Android Lollipop.
