Samsung has already announced that it is going to launch its Gear S2 round smartwatch at IFA on September 3rd in Berlin. Although Samsung had shown a teaser for the Gear S2, it didn't reveal much.
But now we have a couple of official promos for the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ which show the actual Gear S2 smartwatch with black and white bands. At first look the Gear S2 can very easily be missed for a regular watch, that too a modern rendition.
From what we know, the Gear S2 will come with a circular Super AMOLED display sporting a 360x360 pixels resolution powered by Samsung's own Exynos 3472 1.2 GHz dual-core processor with 768MB RAM, 4GB ROM, 250 mAh battery. Samsung might also bestow cellular connectivity to the Gear 2 and it will run on Tizen OS 2.3.1.
