Back at CES, Google had announced that Cast would be coming to more speakers and B&O is one of the companies that has just announced updates to its current and future line-up.
At present the BeoPlay A6 and BeoPlay A9 get Google's wireless Cast connectivity without the need of any additional devices. Now, Google Cast on the Bang & Olufsen works similar to Chromecast wherein the speaker would stream content directly from the source, say Spotify, rather than using your phone's connection.
B&Q further added that its entire future range of WiFi enabled speakers will have Google Cast support.
