Update - Asus has officially confirmed that the launch of ROG Phone 3 Smartphone in India on July 22. Now, the actual image of the phone has leaked by Evan Blass that gives us the clearest look of the phone. We can see on the backside has a triple rear camera in the horizontal line with dual-LED flash and glowing ROG logo with the "Republic of Gamers" text below it. On the front side has a notch-less display like its predecessor ROG Phone 2. The button positions also remain the same, but the stereo speaker no longer has the color accent.
Earlier - ASUS India has now confirmed to launch its latest flagship smartphone ROG Phone 3 with the latest Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC that also launching in India on July 22 as well. Qualcomm has announced its latest flagship processor Snapdragon 865 Plus Mobile Platform, which is a 10% faster performance compared to Snapdragon 865 SoC. Lenovo Legion gaming phone and ASUS ROG Phone 3 5G both smartphones announced on the same day.
The company has released the ASUS ROG Phone 3 India launch page on Flipkart, and the teaser image shows “ROG Phone 3, Rule Them All”. It will be the virtual launch event that held on July 22 at 8:15 PM and we can expect to announce the price of the phone in the Indian market.
Recall, the phone has already confirmed in the TENAA listing with specifications. It could run on the latest Snapdragon 865 Plus processor with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB UFS 3.0 storage. It maybe comes with a 144Hz refresh rate display as compared to the 120Hz screen in the previous phone, according to AnTuTu listing.
