Android 4.4.2 update for the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 is now rolling out in India. The update for the Nexus 5 brings much needed camera improvements with less shutter lag and less motion blur.
The official changelog for Android 4.4.2 update for Nexus 5 doesn't reveal much but here's what it says:
- Faster Shooting with less shutter log, less motion blur.
- Faster, more accurate focusing
- Better white balance for truer colors
- Accurate exposure levels
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
The Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the Nexus 5 is 54MB in size.
The Nexus 7 Android 4.4.2 KItKat update doesn't say much in the way of a changelog but as we said earlier it does resolve some bugs related to VM indicator and offers bug fixes alongwith performance improvements. The update for the Nexus 7 is about 40MB in size. If you don't see a notification for the OTA update just go into settings and check for system updates.
