Amazfit introduced its inaugural smart ring, the Amazfit Helio Ring, diverging from the typical smart rings that mainly serve as sleep trackers for the general populace During CES 2024. The Helio Ring, however, caters specifically to athletes, offering comprehensive recovery monitoring, analysis, and guidance.

Crafted from a durable titanium alloy, the ring boasts a slim profile and weighs less than 4g. Users can select from two sizes, 10 or 12, and benefit from its 10ATM water resistance, enabling it to withstand pressures equivalent to depths of up to 100 meters underwater.

Designed for precise pulse tracking, the Helio Ring also monitors heart rate, blood-oxygen levels, stress, and sleep patterns. Additionally, it features a built-in electrodermal activity sensor, providing insights into mental stress through measurements of skin and sweat responses.

The Helio Ring seamlessly integrates with the Zepp App, offering users an easily understandable daily Readiness score to guide their focus on either activity or recovery. Moreover, it can collaborate with Amazfit smartwatches to enhance health metric insights. Users can opt for the Zepp Aura AI subscription, granting access to Zepp Wellness Coach—a tool utilizing AI chatbot interactions to proactively analyze sleep and address wellness queries.
